When Drizly’s founders, Nick Rellas and Justin Robinson, first started out, they were frustrated by the lack of innovation in the liquor delivery industry. They noticed that consumers had limited options for purchasing alcohol, either by going to a physical store or relying on an outdated online ordering process with a limited selection.

That’s when they saw an opportunity to disrupt the industry and create an app that could revolutionize the way people purchase alcohol. They set out to create a platform that could provide a wide selection of beer, wine, and liquor and deliver it to customers quickly and efficiently.
